從COVID中康復的時間因人而異

一般而言,症狀輕微的感染人士幾天之内即可康復,尤其是已接種疫苗的人。


感染人士須知

如果症狀輕微且在7天后消失,患者通常被視作已康復。但是,您仍然可能會在之後的幾天內感受到疾病的影響。


優先保證充足的睡眠——當我們獲得良好、充分的睡眠時,治療和恢復的效果最好。


不要獨自承擔太多——盡量讓能提供支援的人幫忙,比如替您採購、照看孩子和帶孩子參加體育運動等。盡量居家工作,以避免令人勞累的通勤。


保持水分充足——這是最基本的但也是最重要的,尤其是在較冷的天氣里,您可能不會感到口渴。


健康飲食——即使您仍不能聞到或嘗到食物的味道,請把健康的食物看作您身體恢復所需的燃料。


鍛煉是從COVID-19中康復的重要因素。大部分症狀輕微的患者感覺身體好轉后可以從輕度運動開始,比如散步。如果您的症狀屬於中度症狀,恢復鍛煉前請咨詢您的醫生。如果出現超過10分鐘的胸痛或心悸,請立即聯繫醫生。
