从COVID中康复的时间因人而异

一般来说,大多数轻微症状的患者将在几天内恢复,特别在是已经完全接种疫苗的情况下。


您需要知道什么

如果症状轻微且在7天后消失,患者通常被视作已康复。但是,您仍然可能会在之后的几天内感受到疾病的影响。


优先保证充足的睡眠——当我们获得良好、充分的睡眠时,治疗和恢复的效果最好。


不要独自承担太多——尽量让能提供支持的人帮忙,比如帮您采购、照看孩子和带孩子参加体育运动等。尽量居家工作,以避免令人劳累的通勤。


保持充足水分——这是最基本的但也是最重要的,尤其是在较冷的天气里,您可能不会感到口渴。


健康饮食——即使您仍不能闻到或尝到食物的味道,请把健康的食物看作您身体恢复所需的燃料。


锻炼是从COVID-19中康复的重要因素。大部分症状轻微的患者感觉身体好转后可以从轻度活动开始,如散步。如果您的症状属于中度症状,恢复锻炼前请咨询您的医生。如果您感到胸痛或心悸,持续10分钟以上,则请立即联系医生。
