You can visit:

  • gyms, health clubs and fitness centres
  • yoga, spin and Barre facilities
  • dance and Pilates studios
  • public swimming pools
  • playgrounds
  • indoor play cafes
  • trampoline centres
  • recreation centres
  • golf courses

All competitive sport is permitted.

There shouldn't be more than 1 person per 2 square metres in any venue. You should stay at least 1.5 metres from people you don't live or associate with regularly.

You must provide your contact details and time of entry for contact-tracing purposes when participating in indoor fitness classes.

Up to 200 people can gather for a private function at a venue.

Face masks

The SA Government strongly recommends that you wear a face mask if you leave your home and can’t stay 1.5 metres from others.
