MOST is a free digital mental health service for young people aged 12-25 in Australia.
For those aged 12-14 they will need an invite from a participating headspace or specialist service: https://www.most.org.au/how-to-access#map
By joining MOST, young people get access to free, evidence-based therapy activities and practical strategies that can help with anxiety, depression, social skills and social anxiety, sleep, body image, navigating the mental health system and much more. Young people can also access one-on-one support from qualified mental health professionals and a safe, moderated online community.
MOST is an accredited service provider under the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standard. It is developed and delivered by the technology division of Orygen, Australia’s Centre for Excellence in Youth Mental Health.
