Karitane

Karitane provides support and education on the unique challenges of parenting to mums, dads and carers with children from birth to five years of age. This includes the topics of sleep and settling, establishing routines, feeding and nutrition, toddler behaviour and pre and post natal anxiety and depression.

Karitane services are evidence based and delivered by a caring and highly trained professional team of child and family health nurses, paediatricians, social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists offering complete holistic care.

Karitane's team guides, supports and educates families through a wide range of services including:

  • Early Parenting Store
  • Residential Services
  • Parenting Centres
  • Virtual Home Visits
  • Internet -Parent Child Interaction Therapy
  • Mental Health Services
  • Toddler Clinic
  • Community Programs

Referrals can be made by child and family health nurses, GPs or health/ community professionals online at www.karitane.com.au/referral
