The office of the South Australian Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) is an independent, impartial, free and confidential service. The HCSCC opened to the public in October 2005.

The HCSCC helps consumers, carers and service providers — this includes government, private and non-government health and community services — to try and resolve complaints about health and community services in South Australia.
