Treatment of ringworm (tinea corporis, tinea cruris and tinea pedis) caused by dermatophytes such as Trichophyton (e.g. T. rubrum, T.mentagrophytes, ,T.verrucosum, T.biolaceum), Microsporum canis, and Epidermophyton floccosum. Cutaneous candidiasis.
