Hypertension. Data have not been provided to support the use of this drug in renovascular disease. Symptomatic mild to severe (NYHA class II to IV) congestive heart failure (CHF) as an adjunct to conventional treatments (e.g diuretics, digoxin, ACE inhibitors and vasodilators).
