Treatment and pre-procedure prevention of angioedema attacks in adults and adolescents with C1 inhibitor deficiency. Routine prevention of angioedema attacks in adults and adolescents with frequent attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE), who are intolerant to or insufficiently protected by oral therapy.
