What it is used for
Leucovorin Calcium Injection USP is indicated following high dose methotrexate therapy to reduce toxicity (leucovorin rescue). It is also indicated after inadvertent overdosage with methotrexate and in impaired methotrexate elimination.
How to take it
The way to take this medicine is: Intravenous. This medicine or fluids is given through a needle or tube (catheter) inserted into a vein.
- Store at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius
- Do not Freeze
- Protect from Light
- Shelf lifetime is 2 Years.
