Olmesartan and amlodipine combination tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. Treatment should not be initiated with this fixed-dose combination (see Dosage and administration).

This medicine contains one component only.

- Brownish red coloured, round shaped, biconvex, film coated tablets with "APO" engraved on one side and "40 over 10" on the other side.

- Shelf lifetime is 24 Months.
