Olanzapine is indicated for: ? treatment of schizophrenia and related psychoses ? short-term treatment, alone or in combination with lithium or valproate, of acute manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder ? preventing recurrence of manic, mixed or depressive episodes in bipolar I disorder.
