A doctor's referral is not required in order to access counselling or psychotherapy services. The practice offers referral to medical practitioners and other mental health professionals as and when appropriate.

Existing clients are able to access after hours services if needed, and if service is available. Telephonic counselling services are not offered, except for administrative arrangements.
