Emergency Service 4:30-7pm Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4:30pm.
Medications required by patients in the hospital will be prescribed by the doctor and provided by the Hospital's Pharmacy Services
There are clinical pharmacists working on each ward to ensure that your medications are supplied. The nursing or medical staff will administer these to inpatients, and on discharge enough medication to last for three days will be dispensed for you to take home if needed.

Outpatients – dispensing High Cost Drugs, information source  

Inpatients on site  – provision of medication, medical reconciliations, Medication management plans, antimicrobial stewardship, counselling  and clinical reviews and limited discharge dispensing– 

Inpatients off site – supply medication, advice to staff, periodic visits for clinical review of patients

Cowra Health Service Pharmacy

This pharmacy service is only available to hospital inpatients and outpatients only

The pharmacy at Bathurst Hospital provides medications for inpatients and discharge supplies, prescriptions are dispensed for highly specialised drugs, and other hospital approved prescriptions.
