Lived Experience Solutions (LEXs) provides online relationship counselling for adults and couples experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, or changes in their relationships. The service is led by an award-winning Accredited Social Worker and offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive support focused on understanding patterns, improving connection, and supporting healthier ways of relating. Sessions are delivered by appointment via secure video.

Lived Experience Solutions (LEXs)

This service is provided by appointment only; appointments can be made by phone during the listed office hours of Mon-Fri 9AM - 4PM. Outreach offsite counselling services are available based on a needs basis.
