Provides assistance for anyone who has difficulty with everyday activites due to illness, accident, emotional problems, learning or developmental disorders, or ageing. Service includes home based assessments, equipment prescription, home modification advice, school visits, hand therapy, education and support groups. Clients may be helped to relearn old skills or learn new ways of doing things or the use aids and equipment. 

West Wimmera Health Service - Goroke Campus

Provides home assessment for equipment and home modifications, rehabilitation services for hand injuries, neurological and orthopaedic disorders and advice in arthritis management.  Service is provided either at home or in hospital, as appropriate.
