8.00 am - 4.30 pm, Mon - Thurs; & 8.00 am - 2.00 pm, Fri, for inquiries. Appointment required.
Provides assistance for anyone who has difficulty with everyday activites due to illness, accident, emotional problems, learning or developmental disorders, or ageing. The service covers all aspects of day to day living, including self-care, leisure and vocational activities. Service includes home based assessments, equipment prescription, home modification advice, school visits, hand therapy, education and support groups (including Cardiac Rehabilitation). Clients may be helped to relearn old skills or learn new ways of doing things or the use aids and equipment.
The service is also available at other West Wimmera Health Service campuses at Nhill, Goroke, Kaniva, Jeparit, and Rainbow.
