What it is used for

May assist in the management of colds by reducing the severity and duration of symptoms. Helps maintain / support healthy immune function/system. Vitamin C helps maintain healthy gums. Assists in minor wound healing. May assist in tissue repair of minor wounds. It is an antioxidant which can act as a free radical scavenger. As Vitamin C is not stored in body, regular intake is desirable. Helps reduce the severity and duration of cold symptoms when taken regularly An antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Antioxidant properties. Vitamin C has been shown to support both the production and function of white blood cells (leukocytes). Vitamin C is important in the production of collagen.
