What it is used for

Calcium and Vitamin D supplement. Caltrate + D combines calcium with vitamin D to aid in the absorption of calcium. Adequate calcium is required through out life to maximise bone strength in our youth and to reduce bone loss in subsequent years. A diet defficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life, with women at particular risk.
