One Door Carer Advocates deliver this program to those who support someone living with a mental illness. Carer Advocates give you practical support providing you with information to cope, help in building a network of support people, assistance in navigating the mental health system and how to care for yourself. Our Carer Advocates are also available to help you access local supports and services you need but may not know exist.

Provides housing support to tenants of public and social housing. Support is delivered through Social Housing Advocacy and Support Program and Indigenous Tenants Support Program.

Womens' Centre for Health and Wellbeing (Albury-Wodonga) Inc

Helping with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss and diagnosed mental illnesses. Support group members can share their problems, learn how to re-build their lives and report on their own progress. The program focuses on changing negative thinking and behaviour, and develop understanding, acceptance, and confidence.

Wodonga Support Group - GROW Mental Wellbeing Program

MY HEALTH, MY LIFE! is a our week chronic disease self management group program, followed by individual health coaching sessions conducted over a twenty-two week period. An initial health coaching session is conducted face to face, with subsequent sessions conducted over the telephone. The program is suitable for people with chronic conditions and their carers.
