Community Supported Residential Units (CSRUs) are medium to long term accommodation for people living with a mental illness who need 2-4 hours support per day in order to live independently in the community.The CSRUs are developments of fully furnished one, two or three bedroom units.

•	All bedrooms are single occupancy and have private bathroom facilities
•	Each site can house between 22 – 25 residents
•	Each unit  has a dining/kitchen area, a lounge area, a laundry and a store
•	There is a separate staff unit, which is also the office
•	Staff on site 24 / 7
•	2-4 hours support per day with everyday living skills  
•	The rent  will be 25% of your income, plus any rent assistance that you are entitled to
•	There is an additional utilities charge to cover the cost of electricity, gas and water 
•	There is a bond payable, equivalent to four weeks' rent 
•	A small charge will be made each week to cover furniture and equipment replacement.

Eligibility Criteria: Men and Women 18 -65, Be living with a mental illness, Have support needs of between 2 -4 hrs a day, Be referred by the local mental health service

Sunflower Villas

Services at Westminster offer non-clinical support and short-term accommodation for those in need of respite, or who are in a crisis situation that is social in nature, requiring temporary alternative accommodation. The period of stay is normally limited to 3 months with 24 hour staffing support.

Casson House - Licensed psychiatric hostel that can  accommodate up to 70 people with history of mental illness. Target Group:  aged 18 to 90+years where mental illness is the primary diagnosis and they are at risk of homelessness. Casson Home provide tailored individual support to each resident.

'Ngulla Mia (Noongar for ''Our Place'') is a safe and secure residence for adults experiencing mental health issues who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.
Located in central Perth, Ngulla Mia is a three-storey building that accommodates up to 32 people in a range of single, double and disabled access rooms. 

Ngulla Mia provides transitional accommodation for up to 12 months and incorporates a program of psychosocial support, physical and mental health recovery and re-integration activities.

Located in Claremont, Romily House is a licensed hostel providing supported accommodation to adults with a severe and persistent mental illness.

Long term accommodation facility for people with severe and persistent mental illness.

Adults living with a mental illness.

Burswood Care

This is a community-based, home-like environment for people with high support needs. The expectation is that people will use our service for a time, and then move on to more independent living arrangements with our support – because we believe that it is possible to thrive in the community. 

People staying in the Bassendean community work on their recovery plan with their Key Worker using various tools to assist them (including the Recovery Star). 

The team at Bassendean work closely with the local services and can assist with linking into services if required.
