Comlink Limited - Ipswich (Domestic Assistance)

Assistance to women and children survivors of domestic and family violence. This includes court support, crisis support, counselling, group work and referrals to all sections of the community.

Established in 1987 by local Mums and Dads of twins, triplets or more. Our association covers the boundaries of Springfield to Gatton and encompasses Ipswich and its surrounding areas of Esk, Toogoolawah and Boonah. 
As a non profit, volunteer based organisation our aims are to provide practical and emotional support, access to information, friendship and social functions. To allow an opportunity for parents to share their coping strategies and discuss events unique to their situation, through communicating and sharing of information on the care and raising of multiples.

Better Hearing Australia is a non-profit, self-help organisation for people with Acquired Hearing Loss. Available services include Hearing Loss Management Sessions - which include Lip reading, hearing awareness, assertive tactics, speech conversation, problem solving, social interaction and Tinnitus/Meniere's information - Assistive Listening Devices - Up to date information on all devices which help to manage a hearing loss - and Social Outings. Also available is an extensive library, videos and information.
