The EWHS Central Intake is the gateway to all of EWHS community based services. On the intital contact all consumers will speak with a Community Health Nurse, who will assist the consumer to identify the consumers health priorities.

Our Intake service is available Monday to Friday. A professional worker is available to people who require information or assistance with access to the community health services or to other relevant agencies.

Nexus Primary Health

Supporting Learning for Children with Needs (SLCN) provides Support Coordination to help families and participants understand and implement NDIS plans, connect with the right providers, coordinate therapies, resolve challenges, and build confidence to manage supports. Services are offered in‑clinic, at home or school, and via telehealth across Australia for children and adults.
