A small clinic run by a Nurse Practitioner that is operating on the grounds of an aged care facility:Victoria Grange (VG ) Aged Care Facility, 502 Burwood Highway, Vermont South 3133. Parking is available out the front of the facility. Current Medicare Card required - no cash taken. Mobile capacity to assess health needs to nearby residents on request. Assessment equipment includes vital signs, ECG recording, weight, ear examination and skin examination. Hours are part time with extension to this in early 2017. Scripts can be provided along with radiology and pathology requests as necessary. Simple emergency medications can be initiated for short term care only. No drugs of addiction or money is held in this clinic. An elevator is available for use to the lower ground level if attending at VG. Written correspondence is provided after your visit to your normal attending GP if applicable.

Up until 8pm a Nurse Practitioner is available 3 evenings a week - if your residence is close to the VG facility in Vermont South, a mobile home visit can be arranged depending on availability of the Nurse Practitioner. This can be arranged via contacting the mobile number supplied.
