Broadmeadows Womens' Community House

Provides full day social and recreational outings on a monthly basis for older adults who have difficulty in getting out and about or are isolated.  This is a great opportunity to meet new people and experience new activities. We welcome people from all cultural backgrounds to participate.  Door-to-door transport is provided, a variety of excursions (including lunch) are offered and wheelchair access is available.

Crossroads Reconnect is for young people 12-18 years of age who live, attend or work in Hume or Moreland local government areas and who are at risk of leaving home or have recently left home.
Reconnect aims to prevent youth homelessness by improving young people's relationships with their family, school and community. It is free of charge, voluntary and outreach based. The program can also offer mediation support, information, advocacy and referral to other services
