Programs are conducted in English, Turkish, Arabic, Italian.
Culturally specific education programs are conducted with an interpreter present at all sessions and appointments.

Broadmeadows Hospital

The Chronic Wound Service will complete a holistic assessment of the person including:
- Identification of client priorities and goals relating to the wound.
- Medical, social and functional assessment.
- General, regional and local examination.
- Wound assessment including digital photography.
- Investigations including sensory and vascular tests.
- Formulation of a diagnosis.
- Collaborative care planning involving entire team and client.
- Utilisation of state of the art wound product technology.
- Communication with other care providers, such as the client's GP, RDNS, etc.<s
