Offer calming waves provides mental health support, counselling, and parenting support to children, youth and families. We use gentle, trauma informed and evidence based strategies to improve the emotional connections in relationships.

Secondary consultations are available to services needing advice about children and young person's mental health.

Individual appointments of groups to help with anxiety and chronic conditions.  Other groups are offered from time to time such as 'Out of Bounds' (Adolescent Violent in the Home)
