Remedial Massage Manuka has Canberra's only Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber.  This is a specially designed inflatable chamber where your body is exposed to a higher-than-normal atmospheric pressure.  This causes a super saturation of oxygen in your blood plasma and tissue fluids, creating an environment where cells can be more receptive to repair and recovery.  Your body utilises oxygen better and functions more efficiently, which promotes healing, health and fitness.

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is used as an adjunctive therapy in sports medicine to enhance recovery for athletes.  Oxygen therapy is also helpful in treating some chronic diseases and maximises the benefits of other treatment types.  It can help decrease post-operative inflammation and infection and encourage normal healing processes.

Remedial massage (or deep tissue massage) is the discipline of using massage for the specific benefits of sports and exercise participants. It is tailored to each individual's needs in order to positively enhance their normal daily activities or their ability to perform sports.
