Dietitians provide advice to people of all ages about nutrition and diet for general health or to help manage conditions such as:  Diabetes & Pre-diabetes, Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, Obesity/Overweight, lung Disease, Kidney Disease, Liver Disease, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Cancer, Poor Nutrition, Food Allergy and In tolerances, Fussy Eating.
ELIGIBILITY
Priority is given to clients who live, work or study or are a child attending school, preschool or child care in the Cities of Boroondara and Yarra.
REFERRAL
To make an appointment please call the Intake workers in our service coordination unit on (03) 9420 9118	

COST
$9.00 Low Income, Pensioners or Health Care Card Holders
$14 Medium Income
$91 High Income
Income status is determined at the time that your initial appointment is made.

Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday sat our Hawthorn site and every second Friday at our Richmond site
