After hours, crisis services and transport to appointments is not provided

Provides leadership, coordination and planning of Aboriginal health services, advise, inform and refer to mainstream services. General pharmaceutical services Services available include: Home Delivery Services (Individuals in Community), Home Medicines Review, Mother & Infant Services (Baby Clinic), Needle and Syringe, ProjectSTOP, Residential Medication Management Review, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management Support

Pika Wiya Health Service

Provides both clinical and health education programs. Services available include asthma and chest clinic, diabetes education, home and community care, traditional healers for clients who prefer a more traditional/spiritual form of healing.

Davenport Clinic

The Narungga Elder Care health service program assists with home care and support, personal care assistance and home-delivered meals to enable older people to remain living at home. Narungga Elder covers the whole Yorke Peninsula with clients currently living in Port Victoria, Point Pearce, Maitland, Moonta and Wallaroo.

Eligibility - Aged and younger Aboriginal people with disabilities living in Yorke Peninsula. Assessment by Aged Care Assessment Team required.
