Arthritis ACT conducts Take Charge of Pain Workshops at various times throughout the year. The course, presented by Arthritis ACT, offers you the opportunity to spend some time looking at your world and seeing how you can manage pain from many different angles. B.S.C provides a combination of active and passive modality to assist people with pain relief acute or chronic. Low level laser therapy and dry needling therapy are effectively used in the management of pain. Please note: we do not provide massage services.

The hospital is situated in the heart of the Parliamentary Triangle in Canberra.  We provide both day surgery and inpatient services in the Barton ward.  Patients who stay in our Barton ward can be accompanied by a companion at no extra cost.  Corporate Hotel rates are available for patients from out of town if they decide to come to Canberra the night before.
