Pharmacists are available by telephone (1300 633 424) to answer consumer questions about medicines, complementary medicines and vaccines. 

Can also discuss side effects and help consumers report adverse reactions to medicines and vaccines by submitting reports to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

Calls are answered by Specialists in Poison Information on consultation with Clinical Toxicologists. Note: We do not provide face to face consultations.
