Council administers the scheme in accordance with statewide guidelines, to ensure consistent administrative practices. The scheme provides for two categories, with varying parking concessions, which are essentially based on the applicant's need for assistance.
Forms are provided through Council to be filled out by the persons Doctor. The form is then returned to Council for processing.
