The Noarlunga Hospital ED is open 24 hours, seven days a week and 24-hour x-ray and pathology facilities are available on site.
There is a dedicated space for children and families which aims at making children feel more comfortable.
The ED team consists of medical officers, registered and enrolled nurses, clerical staff and client support staff. Access to Noarlunga Emergency Mental Health is also available in the ED.

The Ashford Emergency Service is predominantly an Adult Emergency Service to treat people who present for medical assistance.
