Gurriny is a Community Controlled Health Organisation providing multipurpose primary health care services for Yarrabah and surrounding communities. 

The services offered include men's health, women's health, children's health, health promotion, youth programs, suicide prevention, social emotional wellbeing, mental health services, allied health, specialist services, pharmacy partnership and patient transport. 

Gurriny Yealamucka Health Service currently provides a range of health promotion and prevention programs in partnerships with local community organisations and regional health professionals.

Gurriny Yealamucka Primary Health Care Centre (Yarrabah)

The aim of the Integrated Team Care Program- Improving Indigenous Access to Mainstream Primary Care Program is to contribute to increasing life expectancy by improving access to culturally sensitive primary care services for Indigenous Australians.

NAPHL Integrated Team Care (ITC) Cairns

Services including accommodation, health support, counselling and education on nutrition, maternal health and pre- and post-natal care and chronic disease education to medically referred women and children from rural communities.

Mookai Rosie Bi-Bayan

Provides health services or health programs directly to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people regardless of whether the person is employed in a generalist or specialist position.

Edmonton Community Health Centre

Committed to working with the mainstream health system to coordinate improved health service delivery and coordination, and to address gaps in health care access and service delivery as prioritised by the communities that make up the membership. Multi-disciplinary health service resource for the communities and people of Cape York. This includes outreach and community based service providers.

Apunipima Cape York Health Council

Community Controlled Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Organisation delivering comprehensive, culturally appropriate primary health care and social and emotional wellbeing services. Walk ins accepted.
