D.A.R.T. is a domiciliary allied health acute care and rehabilitation service that delivers allied health services to clients residing in the QEII Hospital Health Service District and the Brisbane Metropolitan Area. D.A.R.T. is dedicated to providing services that contribute to the continuum of care of clients.

Services Provided: Care needs assessments, counselling, Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS), accommodation support, Occupational Therapy rehabilitation, major/minor home modifications assessments, equipment assessments/prescription, vocational assessments, driving assessments.  Offering specialised services in social work, case management and Occupational Therapy for people who have an acquired brain injury and other neurological condition. Offers in-clinic service or home visits.

Rehability ABI Services

Provides individual mental health treatment and works collaboratively with clients to address their concerns from a strengths based, trauma informed model. Services can be accessed under a Mental Health Care Plan or without a referral. Works with people aged 14 to 65 with a particular interest in young adults (18-35).

Referral required from a general practitioner. General practioners refer through Central patient intake Service via 1300 364 938 or visit www.health.qld.gov.au/metronorth/refer/
