Functional Capacity Evaluations, ADL assessments, Worksite Assessments, Nominated Treating Doctor Services, IMC reviews, Drug and Alcohol testing.

Services are accredited for WorkCover NSW, Medicare and some health funds. 

Pensioner discounts are also available and no referral is needed, contact CS Health for an appointment.
