Provision of ongoing Acute care to patients in their home, following an inpatient stay at Wodonga Regional Hospital or on referral from other Victorian Public Hospitals.

Referrals must be discussed directly with HITH Staff.  

The Office is located within the Day Procedure Unit complex at Wodonga Regional Health Service and operates 7 days a week between 0800 and 2100 hours.

The visiting hours are 11:00AM - 1:00PM and 3:30PM - 8:00PM on weekdays and weekends. Please note the hospital has no visitors during rest time, 1:00PM - 3:30PM.

Alpine Health is a public organization that offers acute hospital, residential aged care and community health services for residents and visitors of the Alpine Shire. We also offer a non-funded Urgent Care Centre that operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. This service is led by a clinical team of highly skilled nurses, with Doctors and other emergency service supports. All emergency services provided in Alpine Health Urgent Care Centres are made by on call Doctors who operate in private practice. NOTE: All patients attended by a Doctor within the Urgent Care Centre will receive an invoice for care.

Culcairn Multi Purpose Service is an Aged and Acute Care Facility. The Facility maintains a 24 hour Emergency Department. The Community Health Centre is located at the same address.
