Provides a residential rehabilitation service to 20-35 year olds who have a mental illness.  The program provides opportunities for skill development and enhanced social relationships, as well as a range of community access opportunities.  Residents can stay for up to three years, following which they are supported by staff to find secure and stable accommodation appropriate to their needs.

Undertakes special projects in areas of identified need and provides a separate support group for women with disabilities. The group provides friendship, fun and information for the participants and is open to any women with any type of disability. Information sessions are held on health topics of interest to women with disabilities and leisure outings to venues throughout Melbourne take place every fortnight on a Friday.  

WOMEN'S HEALTH WEST INC

Helping with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss and diagnosed mental illnesses. Support group members can share their problems, learn how to re-build their lives and report on their own progress. The program focuses on changing negative thinking and behaviour, and develop understanding, acceptance, and confidence.
