The South Eastern and Northern Sydney Family Referral Service can receive referrals from government and non government agencies including allied health and GP's. 

We provide short term work with families either face to face in their home or community or over the phone. We work with families with children 0-18yrs and young people by referring them to services in their local area.

1-2-3 Magic & Emotion Coaching is a program for professionals who work with families and/or children aged between 2 and 12 years. The one-day professional development training teaches strategies to promote positive behaviour in children and tools to manage difficult behaviour. The course covers common parenting mistakes including too much talk and too much emotion, how to sort a child's behaviour, strategies for responding to each behaviour group.

Open 24 hours. Young people can access Kids Helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our counsellors help with issues including family relationships, mental health, eating and body image, suicide, bullying, child abuse, drug and alcohol. Web counselling allows young people to talk one-on-one, real time with a Kids Helpline counsellor. If you are over the age of 25, you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 for help and support.

It prepares couples for life with the baby and helps them with parenting. 

It focuses on both the relationship parents create with their new baby and on the skills needed for the new parents to stay cohesive as a couple during the transition to parenthood.
