Programs offered include: Minds Alive Mackay, Choosing Change - A Men's Stopping Violence Program,  Financial Counselling & Wellbeing, Parenting Orders Program, Standby - Support After Suicide and Remote Area Families Service. Lifeline Services offered include: 24/7 Crisis Support Line 13 11 14; Suicide Prevention; Lifeline Community Recovery and Psychological First Aid Training.

Assisting families, parents, carers and friends of people who have mental health concerns/illness or substance use problems. Provides the following services to families and friends of people who are experiencing mental health and substance use concerns: - One-on-one or family counselling - Advocating for service users - Information and warm referral to other support services
