The unit provides pre-dialysis education, training and patient support including home visits. Referral to the Unit is made by the nephrologist and the hospital dialysis services. For patient support, phone the Unit on (02) 68097450. For after-hours support, patients must present to their nearest hospital or emergency department.

This  Nephrologist outpatient clinic runs out of Orange Health service  Monday to Friday and is  for people with all types of kidney disease. This service also provides an outreach service to Cowra , Parkes, Forbes and Condobolin. A referral and appointment is required for this clinic. Please contact us for any information .
