Complete medical history screening comprising history of any sprains, strains, medical interventions, medication, falls or accidents.

3D static assessment comprising each joint and plane of motion.

Dynamic movement assessment comprising simple movement patterns.

Static postural photo analysis. 

Functional video analysis of your movement.

Initial therapy session are approximately 2 hours, subsequent sessions are 1 hour duration

Please wear appropriate clothing for a complete body analysis - active wear is recommended.

The first consultation will be in-depth and will focus on your reason for coming in. Depending on your symptoms and the reason for your visit, we may also talk about sleep, diet, digestion, stress, your environment, any previous illnesses or troubles you may have had, or what other areas are affected either directly or indirectly as a result of your complaint. 

During your consultation we will also discuss your treatment options and develop a treatment plan, including expected outcomes and time frame involved. Subsequent appointments are shorter to fit into busy lifestyles. Treatment options may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, dietary advice and planning according to Chinese medicine theory.

If there is anything that may require further investigation from another health professional then we will discuss referral options that you are comfortable with.

We take a measured approach to treatment in three steps:

1. Understand and assess functional movement – mobility, stability and more importantly where your body will not move;
2. Treating the dysfunctional movement to increase mobility and stability and eliminate pain;
