People over 55 living in public housing in City of Melbourne or Moonee Valley

The HOMHS initiative is aimed at providing adults who experience severe and enduring mental illness and a history of repeated homelessness, a pathway to better health, secure housing and increased social and economic tenure.

Resourcing Health and Education In the Sex Industry (RhED)

Wadamba Wilam provides intensive outreach support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are experiencing homelessness and enduring mental illness.
We work in a holistic way to provide support in areas including mental health, housing, physical health, social and cultural wellbeing, substance use, employment and education. We coordinate with other services as needed.
Wadamba Wilam is a voluntary support program open to people based on eligibility criteria and service capacity.

Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.

This program focuses on services to those aged 50 years and over who are financially disadvantaged or homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Wintringham - Inner Southern Community Housing and Support

The Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies program is a community outreach service providing support, linkages and education to pregnant women who require additional support during their pregnancy. 

Eligibility: Women who are pregnant and live in the City of Melton or Moorabool Shire and are considered socially disadvantaged, geographically isolated, from culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds, of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island descent or less than 18 years of age.
