Fresh Start Recovery Program

Home based withdrawal service operating out of a number of locations in the Perth metropolitan area. This service is staffed by registered nurses who provide home visits to people undergoing drug or alcohol withdrawal. Services provided • Assessment • Medicated or non-medicated, home based withdrawal • Liaison with GP • Home visits • Education and support for individual, family and GPs • Referral to appropriate counselling / rehabilitation services 

Drug & Alcohol Withdrawal Network (DAWN)

Cambridge Clinic

Capacity building and direct service delivery activities relating to co-occurring AOD and mental health issues.  Services provided • Bereavement support for people who have lost a loved one to alcohol and other drug use • Group work for people with co-occurring issues  Target Groups • People with co-occurring addiction and mental health issues and those who support them

Cyrenian House - Jigsaw Project

Non-residential Services includes out-patient treatment, continuing care and after care.  Services Provided •	counselling and support to people seeking treatment for their drug and alcohol use •	programs offered to people referred with treatment conditions from services such as Department of Justice, the Courts, Department for Child Protection and Family etc. •	Family Program targeting family and friends, including children that are affected by the alcohol and other drug use of another 

Cyrenian House - Non-Residential Services

Offers a four stage residential Therapeutic Community program to assist people affected by alcohol and other drug use problems.  

Cyrenian House - Therapeutic Community (Serenity Lodge)

Provides individuals and families with access to a comprehensive range of alcohol and drug services from one location. Services Provided: - Assessment and referral. - Counselling, case management and support. - Opiate and alcohol pharmacotherapy treatment. - Outpatient withdrawal services including home based withdrawal - Clinical psychology. - Group programs. - Support for local communities through prevention and community development activities.  All services provided are confidential.
