Alwyn's social workers can assist our clients  with everyday domestic activities on discharge from our hospital to reduce the risk of falls and injury. Some of the services include: meal assistance, shopping, bed making, laundry, home cleaning and transportation.

Alwyn Rehabilitation Hospital is a private hospital providing services to both in and out patients. To obtain services, all patients must complete a referral form to determine suitability for the programs we provide.
