A meeting place and drop-in centre providing social support and recreational activities for people aged 55 years and over. Includes art group, card games, indoor bowls, craft groups, social days and a walking group. A small fee applies.

Al-Anon Family Groups Bendigo

Helping with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss and diagnosed mental illnesses. Support group members can share their problems, learn how to re-build their lives and report on their own progress. The program focuses on changing negative thinking and behaviour, and develop understanding, acceptance, and confidence.

Our Centre have trained male and female Welfare / Compensation Advocates who offer guidance to ALL ex and current serving Military personnel, partners and their families, through the treatment and claims processes of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our Centre is manned by volunteers who give their time free of charge however donations to keep our Centre running are welcomed but not compulsory. We encourage you to make an appointment to come in for a chat to see if we can help you.
