Emergency services are available after hours at the hospital. For an emergency on weekdays before 6pm, or on Saturday mornings please report instead to the Medical Officer at the Bridge Clinic. From Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30 am - 11.30 am see the medical officer at Bridge Clinic, 8 Standen Street, Murray Bridge. After hours come to the Accident and Emergency Department at the Hospital. Always call 000 for immediate access to medical support.

Flinders Private Hospital is a not-for-profit hospital and member of the Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Inc.(ACHA) in South Australia. It provides an emergency admission service accepting private patients through the 24 hour Chest Pain Centre, directly from the co-located public hospital and also by referral following consultation with the admitting specialists.

Flinders Private Hospital

Flinders Medical Centre (FMC) is a 580 bed public teaching hospital co-located with the Flinders University School of Medicine and the 130 bed Flinders Private Hospital. FMC has close links with other health providers in southern Adelaide. It is one of two major trauma centres in SA. Community health services provided by Southern Fleurieu Health Service is a department of the hospital and located on the campus.
