The Assessment, Referral and Counselling team speak with clients referred for assistance with recovery from substance misuse. The team assesses clients' needs and develops a management plan which includes referral to an appropriate program or external service.  Clients who are not ready to undertake stabilisation are provided with advice, support and referral to services, which can assist with accommodation, legal, welfare, employment, health, fitness, family relationship, and education issues.
