Nepean Hospital Social Work Acute Care Team - Acute Social Work Clinic

This service provides psychosocial assessments, counselling and support to assist clients in the managing of their adjustment to changes in their life situation these issues may include, bereavement, domestic violence, concerns that their chil/children may be at risk and life events such as their pregnancy.
